Wallflower Records is an Australian independent record label based in Brisbane. We focus on developing and promoting lyric-based folk and pop artists and bands.

We know that musicians sometimes find it difficult to promote their own music. As our name suggests, Wallflower Records aims to get musicians off the sidelines and into the spotlight! We support artists by assisting with artist management, promotion, tour management, and pretty much anything else that is required to get the music out there to the public!

Wallflower Records is run by Mardi Lumsden and Catriona MacIvor. Mardi and Catriona met in a music class in 1997 the University of Queensland. Ten years later, inspired by the sad closure of Candle Records (and too many glasses of wine), these two music loving girls decided it can't be that hard to run a record label (once again, may we emphasise the many glasses of wine).

Wallflower Records was officially launched in June 2007.
